With top-level coaching and a personal approach to each and every one of our gymnasts—Mountain West Gymnastics is the place to be. We provide a variety of training programs that will help your kids to develop and gain confidence as athletes and individuals.
Tiny Tumblers
Ages 3-5
Tiny Tumblers is our very beginning class. The students learn basic gymnastics shaping and positions, balance, coordination, and how to follow directions. This class is a fun way to introduce your little ones to the fantastic world of gymnastics!
Mountain Climbers
Ages 5-8 and 9-11
With our Mountain Climbers class, each student will learn the fundamentals of gymnastics, stretching, and safety. Focusing primarily on fluid muscle memory and flexibility, this class is sure to help students master form and technique in a fun, engaging way.
Flip Stars
Ages 8 +
When students have mastered their Mountain Climber fundamentals, our Flip Stars class will be the perfect next step. With strong coaching and some positive reinforcement, this class is a pre team step getting them ready for tryouts! This class is by invitation only, and you must be assessed prior to enrolling.
Snowballs
Ages 5-7
Our Snowballs class is an intermediate class geared toward kids who are moving up to competitive team next. This pre team class will work a lot of strength, flexibility, and shaping as they get ready for team.
Cheernastics
Ages 8+
Our Cheernastics class combines the fun spirited world of cheerleading with an emphasis on tumbling and jumps. This class helps your cheerleader or dancer learn tumbling techniques, or acros to add to their cheer or dance routines. This class is for existing cheerleaders or dancers as well as beginners.
Boys Class
5 Years +
Our boys class teaches the begining of boys gymnastics, with an emphasis on tumbling and trampoline. This is a perfect way to introduce your child to the sport while improving on their strength, balance, and coordination.
